Not loving it? No worries. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of getting your order. No hard feelings, we promise.

If it's just the wrong size, here's what we'll do:

We'll send you a replacement in the right size – on us.

Plus, we'll throw in a little discount coupon for your next order, just to say sorry for the hassle.

No extra product charge. Just a fresh start.

💡 Here's how it works: Order the right size again, and we'll ship it out right away. Once we get your return back, we'll refund your original order in full. Fast and fair – no waiting forever.

📦 Return shipping – you cover it.
We ask that you cover the return shipping cost – it's the only thing we don't handle on our end.

We'd recommend using a trackable shipping service (just in case). Once we receive your package, we'll take it from there.

🚫 A few things we can't take back
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:

Underwear, lingerie, or other intimates (unless it's our fault – like a manufacturing defect)

Custom-made or personalized items

These are final sale, so please double-check your size before ordering – we want you to get it right the first time!

What we look for in a return
To make sure we can process your return smoothly, please send back items that are:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

In their original packaging with tags still attached

Sent back within the 30-day window

If things don't meet these, we might have to send them back to you – and nobody wants that.

When will you get your refund?
Once we receive and check your return:

We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

It'll go back to your original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.)

We'll email you as soon as it's done – so you'll know before you even check your bank!
